Skilled at relationship development and management, Steve has built his career on the creation and deployment of new products that create real business value. Steve has a thorough understanding of the automotive business, having developed his expertise from many perspectives for more than 20 years.

 At Steve’s core is a sense of duty to customers and the team in which he operates. His enthusiasm, leadership, personal commitment and participation have resulted in successfully delivering business success and innovation. Steve’s driven to reduce waste where ever he can. 

Co-founder, Circularity & Partnerships 

Alessandra is a highly driven Management Engineer, with 15 years’ experience within the automotive industry leading projects and teams in the product development department of major OEMs, including GM, FCA and Caterpillar. 

Alessandra is passionate about Circular Economy and the role that Circular Economy practices will play in tackling climate change. 

She has a strong drive for delivering innovative sustainable solutions that will leave a positive footprint for our planet and future. She is committed to bringing her technical and business knowledge to make a digitally enabled circular technology a reality that will make a hugely positive impact for her children.

Co-founder, Programme

Alan is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer  with passion for everything with an engine. 

He has worked with major OEM’s, including Ford, Aston Martin and Honda, to develop new products for the automotive sector. 

Alan’s hands-on skills helped bring our product to market. Knowing the huge scale of the markets where electrification is not an option drives Alan to deliver our vision for a circular future. His extensive programme management experience from his time at BP is guiding the next stage of our scale up.

Co-founder, Product

Krish is a detail-oriented mechanical engineer with a difference… he loves customers! Over his career, Krish has worked with OEMs across the globe, including Honda, Ford, BMW, Kawasaki and Aston Martin.​ 

Krish is a mechanical engineer with a purpose - by mimicking the circular economy of the natural world, Krish believes the recurring use of our natural resources is our only way to avoid a climate catastrophe.

Co-founder, Marketing & Creative

Cristina is a dynamic, highly motivated Communications expert, with experience in Oil & Gas and Renewables sector, in both multinationals and start-up environments. Cristina is also a skilled graphic designer and digital content manager, with a passion for the ocean. ​ 

Business & Strategy Development

Jo has over 16 years experience in the Automotive industry, driving business growth through strategy development, project leadership and cross functional collaboration​.

Jo is an experienced leader who enjoys setting the vision and delivering results, through building relationships and integrating people, ideas & processes.
